James has a very strong background forming, working in, facilitating and leading agile organisations. He has experience working with individual teams, working across portfolios, and working with the executive to scale agility in the way that best works for that enterprise.

James has deep experience successfully leading disparate teams with competing priorities, stakeholders and areas of expertise. He has worked in portfolio management, team leadership, project management, scrum mastering. He has a deep passion for modern governance and working with the whole of the organisation to ensure cohesion. This makes him ideal for a role assisting with agile transformation for small or large organisations.
