Rob not only has in-depth knowledge and experience of Scrum but also Scaled Agile product development, professional training, mentoring, and coaching. Rob truly believes adopting Lean-Agile mindset and methodologies are key to engaging teams and stakeholders to harness the true potential and value of their products, strategies and working relationships.
