Equip your team to understand, design and sustain change in complex organisational environments. Learners explore how to clarify the purpose of change, create shared understanding and build confidence in new ways of working. ​

Through practical activities and real-world scenarios, they learn to frame change, diagnose impact and readiness, engage stakeholders, enable sponsorship and design adoption approaches that address behavioural barriers. The course also explores AI-enabled change, including role uncertainty, psychological safety, continuous adaptation and risk.​

This is an ICA credential pathway. Learners complete one integrated course experience that earns three ICA credentials:

  • Change Management Core​
  • AI-Enabled Change Specialisation​
  • Sponsorship Specialisation​

Learning objectives

  • Frame a change by clarifying intended outcomes, affected groups, assumptions, decision rights and sponsor expectations​
  • Diagnose change impact, readiness, capacity constraints and organisational risks​
  • Design stakeholder engagement approaches that create two-way sense-making through targeted communication and meaningful feedback​
  • Enable active sponsorship by building coalition alignment and responding to resistance and change fatigue​
  • Design adoption interventions, learning loops and sustainment approaches that reinforce new ways of working beyond go-live​
  • Assess the human, ethical and operational challenges of AI-enabled change, including identity, role meaning, psychological safety, uncertainty and risk​
