Samantha is an experienced agile consultant, coach, trainer and the Head of the Elabor8 Academy. She loves to work with and empower teams to deliver value and respond to change. She takes a pragmatic approach to change, tailoring her approach to suit the context. As a SAFe Program Consultant she was involved in the largest rollout of SAFe in Australia. Samantha's consulting experience is across a range of environments and industries, including start-ups, government agencies and tier one corporate enterprises.
