Adaptive Leadership - Advanced Masterclasses

Combining theory, practical workshops and coaching to equip you with insights and tools to better navigate the complexities of today's dynamic markets

More than just training for leaders; designed to challenge you to reflect on your own leadership practices and equip you with insights and tools to better navigate the complexities of today's dynamic markets.

All advanced masterclass topics are delivered as a blend of training (4 hours), workshops (4 hours) and 1:1 or group coaching (16 hours).

Topics can be self selected or your trainers can work with you to determine which topic/s will add value to your team and organisation. The workshop is facilitated by a highly experienced leadership trainer paired with a highly experienced consultant to provide you with the best of both worlds. We design the delivery timing and schedule to suit the needs of busy leaders.

We recommend you consider the foundational topics of the Adaptive Leadership Series as a precursor to these workshops. You can read more about the Adaptive Leadership Series - foundational topics here.
