He has 15+ years of experience in enterprise strategic planning, complex portfolio delivery using both agile principles and traditional methodologies, strategic risk management and Senior leadership capability development.

David has a proven track record in innovative strategic thinking, building pragmatic and context specific organisational ways of working, with an emphasis on coaching, continuous improvement and relationship development up to C-Level leaders to drive the delivery of customer centric strategy, programs and products, as well as influencing strategic outcomes aligned to business priorities.

His specific passion is to build high performing teams by creating environments that empower each member as a leader. His strength is in driving continuous engagement with stakeholders across the business to understand complex customer, business, delivery and operational needs whilst providing leadership though guidance and influence to strategic outcomes that are in line with business values.
