Beenish has extensive experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master/Iteration Manager, with a passion to coach and build great teams, and help to deliver scalable next-generation working environments. She is a Certified Scrum Professional and Certified Agile Product Manager, and an expert practitioner in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
She is driven by raising Agile awareness at an organisational level and across the IT industry. Beenish founded the Agile Dubai Meetup, which was the first Meetup group in the middle-east based on Agile. She has also been a key speaker spreading awareness about Agile and specially scaled agile framework.
