James Halprin is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach and Trainer and is passionate about helping organisations thrive in the digital age by leveraging lean and agile principles, practices and mindsets. As a SAFe Practice Consultant-T (SPCT), James has deep experience helping organisations implement SAFe and embrace business agility. James has been practicing and coaching agile for 10+ years, and over that time has had the privilege of training thousands of people in Lean, Agile and SAFe across industries and continents, with his classes consistently receiving high NPS scores.
